Salmon and Shrimp Bake Serves 8
Ingredients: 2 lbs. salmon fillet 1 lb. large shrimp 1/2 lb. mushrooms Chive cream sauce (see below)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place the salmon in a buttered baking dish. Top with shrimp, mushrooms, and chive cream sauce. 3. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling and just browned. Rockfish can be substituted for salmon, and crab for shrimp.
Chive Cream Sauce: 1 stick butter 1/2 cup flour 2 cups half and half 4 chives, snipped 1/2 cup dry white wine
