Mussels and More Medium Scallop

Baked Scallops & Prawns
Bake right in the shell!

Fill Medium Scallop 3/4 with a combination of raw sea scallops and tiger prawns. Pour White Sauce (see below) over them and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overfill the dish with white sauce.

White Sauce:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons flour, stirring well to blend. Slowly stir in 1 cup milk. Add 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill weed and 1 clove crushed garlic. Simmer and stir the sauce with a wire whisk until it has thickened and is smooth and hot.
