Jewelry Return Policy Jewelry is returnable unless it is on sale, a special order, or a layaway item. Sale, layaway, and special order merchandise are not returnable. Sale merchandise may be exchanged, however. See below for more information.
Returns of jewelry other than sale merchandise are subject to the following conditions: You must call or email us that you wish to return the piece within 48 hours of having received it. (We need to know that it's coming back so that we can have the opportunity to sell it to someone else!) The piece must be in perfect condition, as it was when it left our hands. The security tag must be intact and still attached to the piece, or it may not be returned.
The piece must be sent back within one week of the date it is received, and be sent insured for the full value. The customer pays the return shipping and insurance. If your purchase is a gift, please let us know when placing your order, and we will extend you more lenient return terms.
If your purchase shipped free, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund (usually $4.00 to $7.00).
If you return your purchase without notifying us first, or if you return it later than within one week, you will receive a store credit instead of a refund.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be reshipped to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on any unauthorized returns that we decide to accept.
All layaway purchases and special orders are a final sale. Deposits cannot be refunded nor transferred to a different piece.
Sale Merchandise Exchange Policy:
Sale rings may be exchanged for a different size, or even for a different ring or other merchandise.
