Five spectacular miniature paintings compose this exquisite piece, four on black onyx and one (the smaller turtle) on mother of pearl. The necklace is 23" long, not including the center pendant, which drops about 3" below the line of the necklace.
The center pendant measures 4 1/4" long x 2 5/8" wide. The large side paintings are 3 1/8" long x 2" wide. The starfish painting measures 1 3/8" x 1". The red and blue turtle painting is 1 5/8" x 1 1/4".
The necklace is embellished with green cinnabar, chrysoprase, carnelian amethyst, rose quartz, and celestial quartz. The pieces are set in sterling silver. Closure is a toggle clasp.
