The centerpiece of this lovely and delicate necklace is a petite Victorian compass measuring just over 1" x 1". The necklace itself is an intricately designed fully reversible sterling silver and white pearl strand. The 12 large and lustrous white pearls are double sided, so that no matter how the necklace may turn, the face of the pearl always presents itself. Two simple strands of sterling silver beads are attached to the main strand. Joining the compass on the ring of white pearls are two 3" sterling silver tassels, creating a finishing touch that renders this astonishing necklace at once nautical, contemporary, and fashionably Victorian. The diameter of the ring of white pearls through which the toggle is placed, is just over 1". The ring is double sided, each side containing 13 white pearls, making the ring fully reversible. The necklace is about 19" long. Like all Mars & Valentine antique compass creations, this necklace is not only a conversation piece, but a unique piece of wearable art. The necklace is about 19" long
