This lovely and delicate micro-mosaic pendant was created in Italy in the late 1800's and is very finely detailed. The micro mosaic consists of ceramic or porcelain micro tiles that were placed by hand. The pendant is decorated with 11 white pearls and white topaz stones and set in sterling silver. The body of the scarab features glowing tiles in shades of green, red, and blue.
The necklace is composed of sterling silver mesh, lapis ovals, white pearl, and white topaz stones. The silver mesh sections measure 7/8" long x 3/8" wide. The lapis ovals are 1" long x 3/4" wide. The necklace length is adjustable using a choice of three sterling silver toggle rings: 18", 18 1/2" or 19 1/4".
