This lovely and delicate micro-mosaic ring was created in Italy in the late 1800's, possibly turn of the century, and is very finely detailed. The micro-mosaic consists of ceramic or porcelain micro tiles that were placed by hand.
The ring is set with 16 blue topaz and white topaz stones. The beautiful sterling silver band is decorated with intricate scrollwork.
Be sure to consider the 2" diameter overall size of this ring when deciding if it is right for your hand. (Diameter includes stones.)
The band is 1/2", tapering to 3/8" at the back.
