This beautiful and unusual pendant is fashioned from a petite micro-mosaic piece created in the late 1800's, possibly turn of the century. It is very finely detailed. The micro-mosaic consists of ceramic or porcelain micro tiles that were placed by hand. Escorting the micro-mosaic are beautiful white fresh water pearls, turquoise, and carnelian, perfectly matched to the colors in the micro. The stranding is fresh water pearl and turquoise. The total finished length of the pendant and bail measures 3 3/8" long. The necklace itself is 18 1/8" long with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
