This exquisite cameo was hand carved in the 1880's in Italy by a master craftsman. The dove is one of the symbols of Aphrodite, Greek goddess of love, domestic harmony, and reproduction. The cameo is set with aquamarine, kyanite, white topaz, white pearl, blue topaz, and sterling silver.
